我预约了上午10点到下午5点30分的五件行李寄存服务。那位女士上午10点就在店里，把行李收到了店里后方。我们大约下午5点去取了行李。服务很方便，因为就在温莎城堡旁边，所以不用担心行李该怎么处理。

I booked five bags in for 10 am til 5 30 pm. The lady was there at the shop at 10 am and took the bags into the back of the shop.. We picked them up about 5pm. Handy service, as its just by windsor castle, so no worrying what to do with the bags.
